Patterning and Sewing projects
Through courses in patternmaking or my personal sewing projects, I love to explore design through mixing modern fashion with more classic cuts. Most of these projects are made for my own use, and are fit to my body!

This skirt was a Covid project that evolved from using an 1980's A-line skirt to combining pieces of three patterns to make one skirt that can fit a variety of sizes, due to the simple button closure. I really loved the dreamy quality of this garment and how it reminds me of Dolce and Gabbana Summer 2020.

This piece, called Empress, was my first experience making a totally custom gown for myself.
This look features a bateau neck, low back, 3/4 sleeve and pockets. After a little more experience in patternmaking and fit, I would have worked with more stabilizer, and remember to include ease in my patternmaking
